If you are interested in joining a Zumba classes, Borger Fitness Club should be your trusted choice. We are a locally owned and operated fitness facility in Borger, TX and are dedicated to providing a place for members focused on getting in shape and improving their health. BFC offers a wide variety of group fitness classes with the ability to meet you at your level and push you to meet your fitness goals!

Current Class Schedule

ARMS & ABS
Instructor: Jennifer Cummings (Th at 9:30 am)

This class will work the upper body, back , and core that often gets missed.  Anything goes in this class!  Dumbbells, bars, TRX, BOSU, are just a few of the things used to train and get those muscles fired up.  This class can be modified to include lower body for those who want it!

BFC Glute Burn
Instructor: Jennifer Cummings (TTh at 8:30 am & M at 5:15 pm)

This calorie-scorching, strength building workout uses resistance bands and dumbbells to build your best legs and glutes.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
Instructors: Hugo Reyes (TTh at 6:30 pm) & 
Tricia McCown (T at 5:30 am)

These classes use the TRX suspension training system for a full body workout. With TRX, your body creates the resistance so it’s doable for all fitness levels. “All core, all the time.” Try it. You won’t be disappointed.  

INDOOR CYCLING
Instructors: Tricia McCown (MF at 5:30 am, F at 8:30 am) & 
Jennifer Cummings  (W at 5:30 am, MW at 8:30 am, and T at 6:30 pm) &
Jessica Lilley (Th at 6:30 pm)

Indoor Cycling is an excellent cardiovascular workout that will challenge any person regardless of their fitness level. You can increase or decrease resistance during class to make it harder or easier. Indoor Cycling is a fun, energetic, sweat filled exercise anyone can do. Get ready to sweat! (45 min. - 1 hour) 

PURE STRENGTH 
Instructor: Hugo Reyes (M at 9:30 am – 10:30 am)

Want to get stronger? This class is for you! We focus on compound exercises using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.

Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by 
INCREASING lean muscle.

ZUMBA®
Instructors: Hugo Reyes (TTh at 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm) & 
Denise Jett (MW at 8:30 am – 9:30 am)

Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. 
Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! 
Routines will include a mix of Meregue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Cumbia, and other international dance steps. 

It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. The 1-hour class will include 10-15 minutes of warm-up and cool-down segments, at the beginning and end of the class. 
Classes will be instructed by a licensed Zumba instructor. 

BOOTCAMP
Instructor: Tricia McCown (Th at 5:30 am)

Bootcamp is designed to build both strength and fitness.
Experience high-intensity, full body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body.

From circuit-style routines to muscle toning exercises using all kinds of equipment,
NO TWO CLASSES ARE THE SAME!

Battle Ropes
BFC Alpha 
Instructor: Matt McNabb (MW at 5:15 am)

A high intensity strength and conditioning cross training program combining weight lifting with body weight exercises to improve overall fitness.  This class is focused on building cardio conditioning while also building strength and work capacity.  Typically 60 minutes long consisting of warm-up, strength session followed by workout.  We like to incorporate barbell movements and Olympic lifting movements.  Focus on teaching and reviewing form for each movement and ensuring proper form is maintained during the workout.  This program can be scaled up or down to meet the individual needs of members!

BFC FIT
Instructor: Heather McNabb (MW at 6 pm)

This class focuses on building functional strength and movement.  Typically 45 minutes long consisting of a general warm-up, a workout specific warm-up, then 20-30 minute workout with a cool down and stretch afterwards.  The intensity and movements of this class are scalable to the individual's current physical level and capacity.  Anyone and everyone is welcome because the workout and movements can fit you!

TABATA INFERNO
Instructor: Hugo Reyes (W at 9:30 am – 10:30 am)

This is a high intensity workout using the Tabata method of 20 seconds of hard work and 10 seconds of rest to get the heart pumping and melt that fat! 

HEAVY BAG HIT
Instructors: Wonder Smith or Josh Smith (W at 7 pm – 8 pm)

Fast paced class that focuses on getting your whole body moving while learning some punches and kicks. Different combinations each week gives you a different workout every time you step up to the heavy bag. You can bring your own gloves or borrow a pair, just get to class and hit the bag.

YOGA
Instructor: Jenna Pool (M at 7 pm; T at 9:30 am; F at 10:30 am) 

Using a series of poses and focusing on breathing, stretch and strengthen muscles.  All levels of practice are welcome to help your body recover, improve balanced and gain flexibility.

WARRIOR SCULPT
Instructor: Jennifer Cummings (F at 9:30 am)

A fusion of yoga and weights, this sweaty nonstop flow is an energetic yet zen-filled experience.
