Nursery for Child Care
BFC is the first fitness center in Borger to have a nursery service so that parents, grandparents or guardians can have a safe, convenient and inexpensive place to keep their children while they can attend a class, lift some weights or take a run on the treadmill. Kids are provided with toys, coloring books, movies, friends and fun.
The nursery room is easily accessible and parents are able to look in on their children through the windows as much or as little as desired. Nursery hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 12 pm (noon) and Monday through Thursday 5:30 pm to 8 pm.
NOTE: Nursery is additional charge and not included in membership dues.
Locker Rooms
Borger Fitness Club provides full locker room facilities with private restrooms and showers for members’ convenience during their lunch hour or if right before work is the your ideal workout time. Lockers are available daily on first-come first-serve basis or RENT ONE monthly for overnight storage and convenience.
BFC Turkey Trot 5K
In 2015, Borger Fitness Club started an annual 5K Fun Run/Walk to raise money to support local charities that give back and provide relief or financial assistance for our local Borger and Hutchinson County community.
This 5K Turkey Trot is held every year on Thanksgiving Day beginning at 8 am. Call the gym for more information!

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

These classes use the TRX suspension training system for a full body workout. With TRX, your body creates the resistance, so it’s doable for all fitness levels. “All core, all the time.” Try it. You won’t be disappointed.
INDOOR CYCLING

Indoor Cycling is an excellent cardiovascular workout that will challenge any person regardless of their fitness level. You can increase or decrease resistance during class to make it harder or easier. Indoor Cycling is a fun, energetic, sweat filled exercise anyone can do. Get ready to sweat! (45 min. - 1 hour)
CORE & MORE
Instructor: Tricia McCown (M at 9:30 am - 10:30am)
This class focuses on training the entire core using bodyweight and minimal equipment with a sprinkle of something extra at the end of each class. Come join us!
ZUMBA®
Instructor: Denise Jett (W at 8:30 am – 9:30 am)
Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! Routines will include a mix of Meregue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Cumbia, and other international dance steps.
It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. The 1-hour class will include 10-15 minutes of warm-up and cool-down segments, at the beginning and end of the class. Classes will be instructed by a licensed Zumba instructor.
FULL BODY w/ TRICIA

Full body w/ Tricia is designed to build both strength and fitness. Experience high-intensity, full body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body.
From circuit-style routines to muscle toning exercises using all kinds of equipment, NO TWO CLASSES ARE THE SAME!
BFC Alpha
Instructor: Matt McNabb (M/W/F at 5:15-6:15 am)
A high intensity strength and conditioning cross-training program combining weight lifting with body weight exercises to improve overall fitness. This class is focused on building cardio conditioning while also building strength and work capacity. Typically, 60 minutes long consisting of warm-up, strength session followed by workout. We like to incorporate barbell movements and Olympic lifting movements. Focus on teaching and reviewing form for each movement and ensuring proper form is maintained during the workout. This program can be scaled up or down to meet the individual needs of members!
BFC FIT
Instructor: Heather McNabb (M/W at 5:00-5:45 pm)
This class focuses on building functional strength and movement. Typically, 45 minutes long consisting of a general warm-up, a workout specific warm-up, then 20-30 minute workout with a cool down and stretch afterwards. The intensity and movements of this class are scalable to the individual's current physical level and capacity. Anyone and everyone is welcome because the workout and movements can fit you!
YOGA
Instructor: Sabrina Gloria (T at 9:30-10:30 am)
Using a series of poses and focusing on breathing, stretch and strengthen muscles. All levels of practice are welcome to help your body recover, improve balanced and gain flexibility.
PILATES & YOGA

Borger Fitness Club has state of the art Matrix Fitness Equipment. We have a wide variety of equipment such as:
Machine weights where rep and weight adjustments are as simple as moving a pen to your desired weight.
Free weights where the desired weight must be loaded and unloaded from the bar.
Cardio equipment like treadmills, ascent trainers, recumbent bikes, rowers, and stair steppers.
Also, no matter when you come, you'll always find available equipment or just work in your reps with some of our friendly members.
